What is the maximum working pressure for the 1" (DN25) SAE flange?
The 87311-16-16 model (1") has a rated working pressure of 3,000 PSI at 100°C per SAE J518. Full pressure ratings are size-dependent-refer to our technical datasheet.
Are O-rings included with the flange?
O-rings are not pre-installed but are specified per SAE/ISO standards (typically NBR 90 Shore A). We can supply matched O-rings upon request.
Can this flange be welded or must it be bolted?
This is a bolt-type flange only. It is not designed for welding. Installation requires a matching SAE split flange adapter and proper torque sequence.
Is stainless steel version available for all sizes?
Yes-SS304/SS316 versions are available across the full size range (½" to 2½"). Lead time may vary; confirm during quotation.
