Ferrule Processing Control

Cold-Drawn Tube Production

Ferrules are produced from cold-drawn steel tubing with wall thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.10 mm to support crimp consistency.

Internal Profile Machining

Critical internal dimensions are machined with diameter tolerance maintained within ±0.05 mm for repeatable crimp performance.

Entry Edge Conditioning

Ferrule openings are chamfered and deburred to reduce hose cover damage during insertion.

Surface Protection Verification

Zinc-nickel plated versions are verified to achieve 720+ hours neutral salt spray resistance (ASTM B117).

Batch Traceability

Production batches are linked to raw material and inspection records before shipment.
